Manufactured from 16 and 18 gauge cold rolled American Standard 300 carbon steel - for strength and durability.
Powder coated and baked to 400 degrees Fahrenheit to ensure a good bond and smooth texture. The underside and front fenders are coated with a rubber compound to protect from rust and chips from road debris and towing vehicle.
